Here is a list of things we will need for your application:
1. One months worth of check stubs for each person signing on
the loan.
2. Last two years W-2 statements, or 2 years 1040’s if self
employed.
3. Any investment or 401K statements
4. Last three months checking and savings statements
5. If you are selling a home to buy a different home, we will
need a copy of the HUD1 statement from the home you have sold.
6. One week before close we need a copy of your homeowners insurance
7. If you are buying a home we will need a copy of the excepted
offer.
8. If you are buying a home, you should have it inspected by a
home inspector, please talk to us before picking a home inspector
so that you get an inspector that will do a through job.
9. A copy of a your driver’s license, and a copy of the
co-borrower’s drivers license if there is a co-borrower.
10. If you are refinancing your home we will need a copy of any
mortgage statements. That includes: 1st Mortgage, second mortgage
or home equity.
